PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. ALAZKA BETON AMBULU

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and work motivation on employee performance, which in this study used quantitative research methods with an explanatory approach (cause and effect). The population in this study were all employees of CV. Alazka Beton Ambulu has 39 employees. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 18 software. From this whole hypothesis it has a positive influence on employee performance with a value of 0.423 for self-efficacy and 0.465 for work motivation, the results show that self-efficacy and work motivation have a simultaneous effect, namely the value F count 83.966 which is greater than the F table with a significant value of 0.000 means less than 0.05. Self-efficacy and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with a T-count value of 7.784 which is greater than the T-table with a significant value of 0.000 which means less than 0.05 for the self-efficacy variable, and with a T-count value of 4.416 which is greater than T table with a significant value of 0.000 which means less than 0.05 for the work motivation variable. It is known that the Adjust R Squere is 0.814, which means that the contribution of self-efficacy and work motivation to employee performance is 81.4%.
